In honor of Women*s History Month, the office of Women*s Student Services (in collaboration with several other sponsors) hosted queer, Latinx, writer Gabby Rivera, author of Juliet Takes a Breath and writer of 2017-2018 Marvel comic book America Chavez, featuring Marvel Comics' first queer, Latina superhero. In this talk, Gabby talks about how her heritage has shaped her journey as a writer.
